binarybaron1 has released unstoppableswap-gui2 version 0.6.43 with a few Bitcoin changes:
* Changed the default Bitcoin electrum server to tcp://blockstream.info:110
* Users can override the used Bitcoin electrum server [..]

It is worth mentioning that binarybaron and einliterflasche have recently submitted a CCS proposal to continue XMR-BTC atomic swaps development and help transform the ecosystem from a prototype into a mature marketplace, which was fully funded earlier this month7.
Note that this project is still in beta, and as always with experimental software, there is some risk involved. Use on mainnet with caution.
