Haveno v0.0.6 released with support for gold and silver

Haveno1 version 0.0.62 was released with support for gold and silver currencies, dark theme changes, and other updates and fixes.

Changes overview

* add gold and silver
* refactor offer tabs to fiat, bitcoin, other (with gold and silver) 
* Changes on dark theme
* Moving away from JUnit 4 completely to JUnit 5 Jupiter
* Aggregate and send coverage report to Codacy
* Revert "Aggregate and send coverage report to Codacy"
* fix npe in offer payment account selection
