ANONERO releases ANON v0.9 with 'Secure Sync'

ANONERO1 has released ANON version 0.92 with a new secure view-key syncing feature, talkback support improvements, and a few bugfixes:

it includes jberman’s background sync PR3 that we call Secure Sync
